I studied Business Information Systems Management (BSc, Hons.) at Bournemouth University from 2004-2008, graduated with a 2:1 and found myself a job with a major IT service provider, having spent a year on placement through uni within the same environment.
I've been working with network security for the past 5 years now - I specialise in firewall management/ builds, proxy deployment/management, security policies, ITM-DES documentation (Primary Care Trusts) and training users in security procedures/standards.
Other than my technical ability, I am known for being able to explain technical detail to non-technical clients - my attention to detail has never failed to deliver top quality documentation.
